September:

• 9/2: Back to School BBQ:

  •  4-4:45 pm: Meet the teachers and visit your student's classroom

  • 4:45-6 pm: Join us for a school provided BBQ meal!

  • Spirit Wear will be available for purchase- $5 bring your own shirt and we'll logo it. $10 to purchase logo and shirt from the PTO 

• 9/8: Java Jitters: 8-8:30 am in the resource room​

  • First day of kindergarten is a big milestone for kiddos and parents! Join us for tea, coffee, pastries (and a shoulder to cry on) after dropping your kindergarten student off on their first day! It's a great opportunity to meet other parents in the same boat, and interact with some staff and PTO members.

• 9/10: General Member meeting 6-7:30 pm in the libarary​

October:

• 10/3: MOD Pizza Fundraiser

  • Join us at MOD Pizza located at 410 Cooper Point Rd and raise some dough for our school! 25% of sales will be collected for the PTO. Must mention LP Brown PTO at checkout or use code MODGIVES25 for online orders.​

• 10/24: Fall Fun Fest & Trunk-or-Treat 6-7:30pm

  • Come celebrate the harvest season with us! Wear your costumes and bring your treat bags. We'll have carnival games, face painting and vehicles decorated for trunk-or-treating!​

November:​

• 11/12: General Member meeting 6-7:30 pm in the library

• 11/8: Fall Garden Work Party 10-1 pm

  • Join us in the school garden to finish harvesting our crops and preparing it for the winter. Bring the whole family and any gloves, tools, etc you'd like.​

 

January:

• 1/9: Chuck E Cheese Fundraiser

  • Come join us at the Capital Mall Location and LP Brown PTO will earn 20% of the total sales!​

• 1/14: General Member meeting 6-7:30 pm in the library

• 1/22: STAR Night 5:30-7pm

February:

• 2/7: Bowling for Brown 2026

  • Join us at Westside Lanes on February 7th and show your Eagle Pride! This event is free to all LP Brown families and staff! ​

​

March:

• 3/11: General Member meeting 6-7:30pm in the library

• 3/14: Panera Bread Fundraiser

  • Help raise money for our school and enjoy your favorites from the Panera​ Bread location on Capital Mall Drive. 20% of the sales will go to the LPB PTO! Make sure to mention LP Brown at checkout!​

 

April:

• 4/17: Earth Day Garden Extravaganza!

  • Join us at LP Brown and help our school grow! Its planting season for our school garden and the LP Brown Elementary Environmental Learning Place. We need OSD approved volunteers to help us clean up the school garden, remove ivy and plant native plants in the Learning Place!​

• 4/18: Chipotle Fundraiser

  • Come to Chipotle and help raise funds for LPB! Join us from 4-8pm at the Capital Mall Location and make sure to mention LP Brown PTO at checkout or use code K3NY4DC for online orders.​

• 4/30: LP Brown Talent Show

  • Join us at 6pm in the Gymnasium to cheer on our talented students and enjoy some free popcorn!​

 

May

• 5/13: General Member meeting 6-7:30pm in the library

• 5/28: STREAM Night - 5:30pm

  • Like to see rockets take flight? love science and math? want to learn about robotics? Bring your whole family for one of the most popular events of the year! ​​

 

June​​

• 6/10: Booster-a-Thon

• 6/11: After School Recess & Ice Cream Social - 6pm

  • Enjoy a FREE frozen treat and live music! This is a little end of year get together for students, staff, and their families and our PTO will be selling yearbooks during the event!​
